Two Mud Cleaner Units nearly Ready for Shipment for Overseas Drilling Project

This mud cleaner is specially customized for the customer with 5 pieces of shaker screens as an upgraded configuration.It features a processing capacity of 240 cubic meters per hour and equipped with 2 pcs of 10’’ desander cyclones and 12 pcs of  4’’ desilter cyclones.

Tailored strictly according to the customer’s working conditions, it provides better solid-liquid separation performance and more stable operation, perfectly meeting the requirements of drilling mud purification and solids control.

To meet the customer’s urgent project schedule, our production team arranged priority manufacturing and worked efficiently to shorten the production cycle.

Normally, the production time for this type of mud cleaner system is longer, but thanks to the close coordination of our engineering and workshop teams, the complete equipment was successfully finished within only 22 days.

Even though the production schedule was very tight, we did not relax our quality standards at any stage of the manufacturing process.

All key procedures, including welding inspection, assembly checking, vibration testing, and equipment operation testing, were carried out strictly according to our technical requirements. Only after all inspections met the required standards was the equipment approved for delivery to the customer.
