DESCRIPTION

A Slurry Pump, not to be confused with the submersible Slurry Pump, is a valuable tool whose purpose is to pump the liquid which contains the solid particles. Unlike the submerged slurry pump, the Slurry Pump is not submerged inside the liquid for the process. No, the Slurry Pump remains outside the liquid. They are specifically designed to cater to liquid with some form of solids mixed into the components. They are excellently used in gravel, copper, and sand. The principle and the components are pretty much the same. The fluid is directly input into the equipment through the impeller. It ensures a better flow to the mud, which is treated ad then recycled through the equipment. The rotors and stators are also specially designed to assist in the smooth working of the equipment. Unlike the submergible Slurry Pump, the standard Slurry Pump does not require any additional support for the smooth operation of the equipment. Once the fluid (i.e., mud) is treated through the Slurry Pump, it is transported to the next mud cleaning equipment. Main features of Submersible Slurry Pump
  • Impeller
  • Shaft
  • Motor
  • Mechanical Seals
  • Replaceable Wear Parts
